been performed past decades and how the support of environment there was and is (E.g. articles at
newspapers in decades, performances and support of close located orchestras, support by institutions

Maybe a further sample which brings you the disgusting situation closer...:
SWR television / orchestra (Baden-Wuerttemberg the region were I was born and living (city of Konstanz)) (which rejected to perform any composition of my classical music - more at video samples above) and forced to be paid by every citizen cheered a regional media ( for their journalism which in original words reports / represents what happens at all doors at the region (at the city where I was born and living for decades)). The regional media discriminates colleagues and mine high culture at the region as SWR since decades too. At this newspaper you can find all good things everybody needs to know as article series about sex and love affairs of regional farmers, size of regional vegetables etc ... but about colleagues and mine hard work in innovation and high culture and arts no single word. No single word you can find at both "honest journalist institutions" about the obviously not really important fact too that mass murderer (<> 60 Mio people) Adolf Hitler has been kept as citizen of honor until 2013 (Link: Adolf Hitler Citizen of honor until 2013 ) and other people deeply engaged in Nazi Germany still have street names and get on this way honored yet.
